She has been playing the piano since before he was old enough to understand.
While studying classical music, she also enjoyed playing the piano alone.
In junior high school, she began writing lyrics and songs using a sequencer, and singing.
She graduated from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University.
While at school, she joined a band as a keyboardist while pursuing her own musical career.
After graduating in 2003, she began performing live piano and vocals.
Currently based in Tokyo, She travels around the country,
performing over 100 shows a year and receiving rave reviews. She has written over 300 original songs.
She has released 10 albums to date, as well as other venue-exclusive recordings and live DVDs.
Her ninth album was released on November 6, 2019, as his major label debut album through King Records.
She also played piano and sang the theme song for the 2009 film “Defenseless” (directed by Ichii Masahide).
She participated in singing, piano, and arrangement for the theme song of the 2021 Nintendo Switch game
